My dad's office had a major hindrance on productivity: having to use an inefficient, phone call sandwich-ordering system that was prone to produce mistakes.
My dad and I collaborated to create the solution: a 50-sheet notepad of checkbox sandwich customization menus, complete with a highlighted area to write your name in so that orders are always called out correctly. Unique to my dad's office, the list of check-off ingredients and options is based on employees' most-ordered sandwich combinations. The pads were put in my dad's office and were gladly accepted by the market deli.
